I did inquire about this car back in May but I was too late. I saw the car at the Wachusett cars and coffee a few weeks back and it looked great and is well optioned.
I actually just purchased a '13 C2S last month. Good luck with the sale.

Crazy Voodoo Blue GTS. I like the color, but they overdid it with the wheels and few other areas. The interior carbon clashes with the blue in my opinion. They should have followed Vise's interior painted look on the areas where it was done. Black headlights and black wheels would have looked great on this car.

Look at that MSRP for a GTS! It's the MSRP price. No mark up. Interested??

Nice color, crazy price. Buy a GT3 instead with change left over!

Found this one at a Lexus dealer listed as a Carrera S. Maybe they don't know its a 4s? Looks nice 140msrp asking 78k. I'm not interested (close to picking up a car myself!) and no affiliation, but looks like a great deal!

Haha. That is the one I passed up. Was going to message it to STG to see if he wanted to put it in this thread.

I had decided to get it even after initially saying I wasn't going to, then made the mistake of driving it back to back against my friend's 991.2. For a daily driver the 991.2 is definitely the way to go.

Ask me whatever you want to know about this car as I've driven it twice now and gone ever pretty much every inch of it.

The salesman I worked with was Rick Wright.

what made you think the .2 makes a better DD? Torque?

Torque.

I found the .2 better for two primary reasons:

1. The torque everywhere makes it more useful in daily driving.
2. The torque everywhere makes it more playful in daily driving.

Those sound like the same thing but they are slightly different. Number 1 above is pretty self-explanatory. What I mean by number 2 is that when you are on a slower speed twisty road in the city the .2 gives you more opportunity to go through the gears. With the .2 you can approach the corner in 2nd, power out and into 3rd, then jump into 4th. So you can shift through three gears because all three have gobs of torque. The .1 is a bit different in that torque is much higher up. You'll want to stay in 2nd, or at most shift to 3rd, but to get that pulling sensation of speed when you shift to 3rd you're doing to have to go way too fast. While the shift to 3rd takes you a bit out of the ideal torque range, a shift to 4th straight kills it. You don't *have* to shift that much in the .2, but if you are just goofing around it makes it more fun. Similar to why the Miata is such a riot as a daily driver.

Maybe the never ending .1 vs .2 comparisons can be had on the main board? ... pick from a dozen threads on the subject. Don't wanna get off topic here.

Just a quick update, I looked over my paper work. The 40K mile service has been completed (spark plugs and all) so that is one less expense to budget for. Also, updated the photos on the Google Photos link to include detailed pics of the current XPel film condition and location as well as the scratches on the bottom side of the front lip. Thanks!

Please update your classifieds ad or your original post. Not to be rude, but we don't need updates along the way. This isn't the RL classifieds, nor do we want it being a carbon copy version of it here. Thanks.
