^^ THIS IS HOW WE'LL DO POSTS!! Easy enough guys.

I just searched and found a HOT one. No I didn't call them and ask if I can get a damn commission. Just forwarding a find to hopefully find a new RL members garage.

You don't even have to tell them where you saw it. Just buy it! You won't regret it. Thank me later.

Is Byers a sponsor?? Who knows. Doesn't matter. No direct link

Wow this is a nice build...too bad it has the lame non paddle shift steering wheel. Also I think I may be blind looking at those yellow gauges haha. Listing does not show CPO, is a 2013 too old to CPO?

I am glad cooler heads prevailed and HFS is back!!
Yeah!!!

I do agree with the others here. I understand the desire to only have links to active sponsors, but as a simple user it is impossible for me to know who the sponsors are.
Having no links in posts is certainly one way to ensure that you don't break the rules, but it is just a matter of time, new people coming in, before links will be posted again.

Rather than removing the whole thread it would be good to point out infractions to the individuals and asking them not to do it again.
And if they don't, then they go the same way as our dear friend "R-Rated"

Anyway, I am thankful for this forum. I am thankful for all the work the moderators do, trying to herd the cats.
And I am also thankful to all the members who ultimately contribute all the content.

It's the black version of the bi-xenons. Don't think they have film on them.

Make sure to tell them to get STG's commission check ready. They'll know who I am

What a GREAT way to restart this thread!

LOL...nearly as nice as the one I had (mine was 172k MSRP) and about what I paid for mine TWO YEARS AGO (with 3 years left on the CPO warranty at the time!)! Great car, but I would try to knock them down a bit. Otherwise, I got a REALLY good deal two years ago hahaha!

Byers was great to deal with, BTW, especially for an out of state sale. They sent me several photos of areas I was concerned about and were very transparent about the condition of the car.

Note in the steering wheel - yes, it is the MF wheel (which I found quite useful) but it is also the CF wheel which looked really cool.

I loved the car I had. I drove it for a year and 6k miles before it was totaled by a 17 year old girl crashing her Kia into it. I would have kept it forever!

Ordered my dream car as a replacement with no regrets, though.

I can't give you a link, but if you have 1 finger and access to Google you're in business.

With Siri, you won't even need the finger.

This LINK FREE thread thing is quite easy. You guys get the picture and routine. NO LINKS.

I paved the way here. Just follow my previous example.

MAKE MODS HAPPY

Let them go chase the real Rennlist bad guys like R_Rated. May he R.I.P.

I actually like NO LINKS. Makes guys work harder for nicer listings. The 928 and 997 guys threads are practically exclusively links. I wanna be more high class here.

BTW ... they're still pimpin hard with da links. no hand slappin there. that's ok.

There were like four I believe builds like this that Byers had built for some reason. Nearly identical and all like $170K MSRP which is insane for a 2013 and even a new one now.

Hurricane here had one (he just told the story before), and we tracked down one that was for sale on the east coast. This new one hasn't been seen by myself.

We post VIN #'s too as a historical reference as they will pop up in a Google search and HFS always comes up. Nice way to track cars.

A very similar build to the car I bought two years ago (mine had a $172k build - and I found it in this thread).

Byers (Columbus, OH) said they had a customer spec one out and they liked it so much, they spec’ed three more like that with only very minor differences, sold them all locally. Another one was for sale a few years back but some questioned track use and the condition of the PCCBs. Mine had no problems and I loved it - had it for a year and 6k miles before a 17 year old girl rammed into it with her Kia sedan, totaling my car.

See my post above for my thoughts on this car.
