Don't think the faux yellow calipers are much of a negative. They're needed to pull together the belts and gauges at this point.
The price is the deciding factor here. If the car was white, black, or silver it would be in the low/mid $80K's. You decide the premium on a PTS color which seems to be more common now as well. The premium is $10K-$15K in my opinion.

Please update us on the BAT listing. In all seriousness, what kind of reserve are you thinking or what do you think this car is worth?
I like the car, but the comps and the current market speaks for itself. You really think it's appreciated since you bought it? Not sure what you eventually paid, but Johnny Mac wanted $115K with 6K miles back like what, 2 years ago?

The car is worth $90k, perhaps $95k to the right buyer. Personally, the color is a huge negative, as is the standard interior. Regardless, some folks just think they want to sell and waste the rest of our time. Best to ignore. Now I will take my own advice.

The "Gary" syndrome is alive and well. I first found this disconnected from reality guy. A $150K Carrera S sticker package dealers couldn't move with $20K discounts.
But Gary has the "only manual". Needless to say after like 2 years and one price drop, the car is still for sale ...
I emailed him a year ago for entertainment, and he's serious. Offered him like $200K as a joke and he said no. BUT,, BUT,,

IMHO, anything even near the $120K ask is a no go because:
- Most of the guys who are willing to throw big bucks at newer cars that are really "special" are buying GT cars, Spyders, R's, etc.,
- Many of the guys who want breathtaking performance are realizing that the .2 GTS offers a HUGE horsepower jump over the .1's
- Your asking price is now well within the range of a .1 Turbo (capital T).

Thank you! I am happy that HFS is up and running smoothly after the mod-driven failure to mod. This thread is key for my learning about the ins-and-outs of the P cars. Currently I am on the Audi team... and I've been very active on a couple of Audi related forums.... but I hear the calling ;-) ... sooooon !
