yup and hopefully by "settle" the only concessions you have to make is to stop with illustrative videos. that would appear to be fair. what you have also done is made the case for anybody else who comes across an uncooperative 911 to ensure that Porsche deals with the situation as diligently as they would act to collect money otherwise they will have another angry 911 driver flamewar to put out. good job Nick. you should have listened to us angrier folks earlier and pull the claws out jk...or not

I think Nick WAS refusing the process -- the arbitration was scheduled next week yet he timed a new video yesterday ahead of it? Sounds like he wanted something more than what he knew the law provides. Hmmm, that sounds like something that goes by a different name.

As for taking the side of Porsche: I'm neutral because I don't have all the facts. Neither do you.

I did laugh at #4.

I like you! I'd buy you a beer (or a scotch) anytime!

As for you Nick, best of luck and I hope the outcome is truly to your satisfaction. You hold all the cards here, DO NOT SETTLE on anything less than what you think you deserve (within the boundaries of the laws) of course.

You do...you responded.

Congrats Nick! I emailed Jason as well to display my concern as to your situation and he responded back stating both parties have reached an agreement.

For all of those who questioned his opinions, tact, and frustration well it reminds me of this:

Congratulations! I hope their offer this time is something more suitable to you and helps restore the faith in the rest of us.

Nick, stick to your guns-you are right and Porsche is wrong. I had a similar but much smaller problem with Porsche years ago. It was finally successfully resolved, but I never bought another Porsche until 2012 and it is very doubtful I will ever buy another. I don't think they can be depended on to fix any problem or defect that costs them more than a nominal amount.

When this gets picked up by the so-called mainstream media, which I am sure it will, it will take Porsche (Volkswagen AG) millions in advertising to try and reverse their ruined image. A ruined image, thanks to their own actions and inactions.

Good luck and I hope you get a just and speedy settlement without having to go to arbitration which, IMO, requires an experienced attorney to face a large corporation's very experienced army of lawyers.

Billy
