Remember a few years back, there was a Gallardo owner in China who had numerous problems with his new Lambo... this is what he resorted to...

Atleast in the US there are lemon laws.

not really. They sell a car that people connect with a luxurious lifestyle. Does their advertising hint in that direction...sure...is it actually the case? no.

You didn't read my post. Lemon laws provide resolution. Why hasn't Nick accepted it? Porsche doesn't have a choice but to participate. It's Nick who's refusing the process because he wants more than what the law provides and he's attempting to force that through bludgeoning Porsche's reputation with a camera.

Seriously, it's amazing that so many have heard one side vs. your collective years of presumed satisfaction with Porsche. The solution is assured through lemon laws -- this is consumer legislation and it has been around for years.

I wouldn't want many of you on a jury -- you'll convict after the opening statement of the prosecutor.

2. whats wrong w/ a consumer using a camera? P has many more cameras
3. Im sure you have heard of "pain and suffering" ?
4. JOKE ahead- Why do lawyers wear neckties? To prevent the foreskin from coming up

Good news!

I have been contacted by PCNA to settle this. This whole mess will end today hopefully. Good that they are doing the right thing. Good for them.

welcome to the court of public opinion. in the dog eat dog world that we live in, nobody cares about the tomes of background information when it comes to first strike. this is now how you get what you want. you are free to initiate a claim as a consumer however you best see fit. as a reversal, why are you satisfied that one law fits all? the laissez faire attitude is typical by those not affected by a situation. i just find it really bizarre how people feel the need to defend a car company who really truly does not care about you as an individual. i will take a Nick any day over a Porsche (or Ferrari or Lamborghini etc) because his middle management is not going to turn over 4 times in the next year.

About time!

Do you think you'll be able to tell us whether the deal involves you removing all the videos off the Internet?
