Hi Nick,
I am so sorry with all you have been through!
I am at a loss for words!
I am so disappointed in Porsche and your dealer :-(
Stand your ground getting back every penny that you paid for your Porsche, take no less.
You deserve much more than just the total price of your car for all the grief and inconvenience you have been through.
I would be so furious!
So very sorry
Keep us posted.

You know you own a Porsche when she has her own laundry hamper for all her colorful microfiber towels

If you have an other car just take it to the dealer and leave it there
Only accept a full refund at this point
This is just wrong
i would swear off Porsche and i could be a cheerleader for this company

I just posted in your YouTube comments. Its just embarrassing for PCNA. Ive spent 20 years in customer service. If anyone under my authority or of my own authority attempted to resolve this problem in the manner PCNA has, I would have turned over every table in the conference room.
PCNA is making the same mistake most companies make in customer service: they jump over dollars to save dimes. The universal truth in CS is if you fix a customer's problem above and beyond their expectations, you create a far more satisfied and loyal customer than if there had never been a problem to begin with. Unfortunately they are breaking Rule #1 and if you cannot even get the first rule right, I dont think they deserve your business. Go for the cash refund, walk away, and buy an R8 or AMG or whatever suits you.
I think PCNA is long past the point of keeping you as a customer. At one time, they had that chance. But they chose to go in another direction. It was THEIR choice, not yours. And had they handled this as they should have from the very beginning and said "wow, this car is a nightmare of gremlins, lets get this guy in a new car without these problems and we'll fix this gremlin car on our own time as our own problem", they might have not only kept you in a Porsche, but created a life-long customer.
Here's the bottom line: when you spend $120,000 on a new car, you are paying for the privilege of not getting treated like the guy that is bringing his new Ford Fiesta in for problems. The expectation, the level of service, the care, the time and consideration, the over-reaching level of accommodation -- its set to a higher standard because the brand is a higher standard.
If you want to be treated like a purveyor of automotive appliances, you can spend $100,000 less for that privilege. You have been more than patient with them, more than understanding, more than accommodating. You have given them more leash than they probably deserved. For every problem they fix, 2 new problems surface. I appreciate the effort to solve all the issues. I commend that. But we are past that. The car is a six-figure POS and you my friend, deserve better.
New 991s without these problems are fantastic cars. Unfortunately, that's not a lifestyle they want you to experience.
