This post is interesting, apparently when you set seat height up as a comfort setting, the seat pivots forward a bit .. maybe that partially addresses your wants?

Does anybody know if there is a coding option to change the analog speedometer rate to US-spec? Buddy is interested in buying a Canadian spec GT3 that was previously imported but since the top speed on the speedometer is only 350 KM/h on the Canadian one (which is rough 220 mph) while the US gauges that they swapped onto the instrument cluster have a top speed of 225 mph like in the US, his analog speedometer reading is pretty off. He uses the digital gauge mostly so this is just an annoyance that he’s wondering whether is codable or not

No coding.
You just need to swap out the gauge face plate to a MPH gauge face.

Has anyone found a fix for EPS warning when coding GT3 steering on early 991.1’s, other than removing the warning completely?

Ahh, I didn't consider that the calibration would be off.
With coding I would look for something related to a master destination setting rather than something speedo specific.

The strange thing here is that only the analog is off, if I am reading correctly. I wonder if they just swapped the gauge face or put a decal gauge face on it .. was either the new face off (alignment), or did they bump the needle? At rest, is the needle at 0 MPH? is the error between the analog and digital constant or does it vary as the actual MPH increase?

Maybe this, but I don't know if you can target just the analog vs digital:

You could be onto something...
If it's like changing the tach face, it definitely could be needle placement.
There's a procedure for clocking the needle to the correct possition.

Changing the digital can be done in car.
vehicle > settings > Units > Speedometer
