2M Sport Cat Poor Fitment

2M Sport Cat Poor Fitment
So I decided to try out the 2m sport cats for $1000 and the results are not great. They were not even close to fitting and the shop had to spend hours of fabrication to get them to work. Here is a picture compared to the stock pipe.
Their customer service is nonexistent and they don't reply to emails. They also say no check engine light with the included spacers and I have a CEL for rear O2 sensor.

Were they manufactured in China? I went with SOUL and couldn't be happier! Sorry to hear about your issue. Hopefully you shop can get it corrected for you.

Suncoast "Unofficial" stamp of approval
Last time I looked, Suncoast Porsche in FL sells Tubi and SOUL Sport Cats. That's a decent enough endorsement for me. And SOUL cats are mfg in the USA to the best of my knowledge, Tubi from Australia.

Nothing about 2M's website or facebook page tells me they are a business worth dealing with. Everything is just dripping with arrogance, including their FAQ:
Yeah okay.
My mechanic says that these parts don't fit. Can you help me?
- Your mechanic is wrong. Find a competent one. Seriously. The parts fit and every thing we make are welded on jigs that are tested. They fit.

This unhinged individual is who you are dealing with at 2M. I asked for a refund or return multiple times. They are also registered as 2M in Ohio and have poor Google reviews and on their new website they say they are not affiliated with 2M in Ohio. Yeah ok.

Yeah, that response is not surprising at all reading anything else they've written on their site and social media. Sucks.
Pull reviews, get partial refund, wait 30 days, put reviews back up (and clearly cite you pulled reviews in order to receive the partial refund, lay it all out there). F those guys with a cactus.

Did you return the cats?
If so charge back.
If not, then return them and charge back if not refunded.
What did the fine print say? i.e. restocking fees etc.
If you cut them up to make them work then you may be SOL.
Good luck.

Three Wheelin'
Let me get this straight. You weren’t happy with the fit. Then, instead of sending them back, and asking for either a refund or replacement, you instead decided to modify the part, keep it, and demand a refund anyways? Lol k.

I asked him for one first and he ignored it.

I asked him more than once to do a return and he just ignored it.
