So do the replacement lenses have the UV coating like OEM? Just wondering about longevity if not UV coated. Thx

I just got my lights back. Amazing job. I did the lens replacement plus blackout option on my 2012 991 Carrera s with standard headlights. I couldn't be happier, fit and finish are amazing, and I was updated every step of the way.
Just be aware that some of the headlights from eBay could be sourced from an accident vehicle so there is always a chance of damage to internal components that isn't apparent until they are opened up.

Thanks for the heads-up.
They should arrive this week. I'll fit and function test them next weekend, then get them shipped off to you. I'll just be doing the standard silver to return my lights back to new appearance. Looks like you have materials in stock, but I'll send the order as soon as I've tested the lights.
One just has crazed lens and the other has more significant crazing and a chipped lens.

Do you have any 2012 Cayman R headlight covers by chance? I may be interested in doing a set. We just removed a lense protection wrap on my wife's car and the results are not that good even after a lot of elbow grease and polishers. 1 headlight lense has too much crazing. Subbed too on this thread.

My refinished headlights arrived this week while I was out on travel. I opened them up this morning and couldn't be happier - they look awesome - Thanks Paolo!
I can't wait to get them on my car, but that's a different story - it has been in the shop for some cosmetic work for 4 weeks. Hopefully I'll get it back this week.
Just as a note since others have asked when unboxing....the projectors can become turned during movements with shipping but once they are connected and you start the car they will realign with turning of the steering wheel.
