I recently had a largeish repair done at the dealer and fidelity covered the entire bill (less deductible). Service advisor said the process was fairly straightforward. Fidelity did send out an inspector due to the dollar amount, but there was no issues getting everything covered. I'm a CA resident and had the platinum coverage purchased through Michael Jourdan.

It sure it nice when a product performs as advertised, isn't it!!

I had the same experience. They sent out an inspector but the work more than covered the cost of the warranty.

Peace of mind is great!

Just bought my 60 month / 60K / $250 Deductible policy yesterday as not to incur the 2024 rate hike

Good move - heard the increase is substantial this year. We've seen an abundance of orders come through in the past few days for this reason.

Can you share the details of the claim/repair? Genuinely interested and may help others too.

what's the policy on cars with tune and exhaust mods but factory turbos, trans,and engine? or it has to be 100% untouched? thanks

I just picked up a 10yr/100k Platinum yesterday due to the price increase. I strongly recommend if you're on the fence you buy before the 1st. Just sayin.

You can lock in now, but the term would begin today. There is no way to “post-date” plans.
