I have a very serious issue with that service manager. I can't wait to have a face to face conversation with him. He knows exactly how to reach me.

Why couldn't you do the "right thing" with my Cayenne? The 1100 rpm vibration........that you said was safe.........that you said was inspected by a Porsche zone rep....

Sean,
1. What day did the Porsche zone rep examine my Cayenne ?
2. Did you ever state the vibration was not normal?
3. Did you put me in a loaner car for 19 days, after you drove my vehicle?
4. Did you tell me the vehicle was safe to drive?
If you have an issue replying in this forum, let’s have that face to face conversation.......I’m ready!

LOL this is one of my fav things about this forum! With all the various backgrounds here, I have the freedom to say something about something that I know close to nothing bout (the law, and just simply try not to **** it up)... and someone will actually educate me, and give me a link to read!
Thank you good sir, you too, are a gentleman and a scholar![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)

Scheduled appointment to bring car in for a simple warranty issue and 6 year/60k maintenance.
1. Cancelled two appointments on me, both the night before.
2. Took 20 days to complete work on car.
3. After picking up my car, immediately upon arriving home I noticed that someone either hit something with my car, or someone hit my car while in their possession. Damaged my front bumper on 911. No one at dealership informed me.
Call Service Advisor to tell them about the damage. Send photo of the damage. Get repair estimate from my body shop to have repairs completed. Now they are insisting I must use their body shop to repair the damage they did to my car because it will save them money. I just want my car repaired correctly, the first time.
Ask to speak to service manager, not available, supposed to call me, haven't heard from them in two days. Completely unapologetic about the entire situation. They are acting like they are doing me a favor for crashing my car.
All I want is my car fixed correctly and to be done with this place. Porsche Huntington is unfortunately the gift that keeps on giving. If you value your car, don't take it here. Completely unprofessional.

I always wonder if those things are worth the paper they are written on. Dealership contacts you after the service and tells you to say nice things about them. You are afraid to say negative things because you have to take the car back there, if you live in a town with only one dealership. Then when you have a problem and contact PCNA, they say that dealerships are independent businesses and they really cannot do anything. Case in point is that OP called PCNA and they are sympathetic but . . .

The surveys matter a lot as far as compensation goes and allocations for future cars.
There is also an ability to have your responses sent to the dealer (advised so they can make it right) with your contact information disclosed or not.

OK, so dealership gets compensated and allocations depends on positive responses - wouldn't it behoove them to do right by the customer? As we have seen, this is not always the case (with all dealerships, not just Porsche).
