Thank you all - needless to say I'm on cloud 9 right now. The black handles were a gamble but really work well with Chalk and all of the GTS black bits. The car drives beautifully and pulls like a freight train above 3K.
The delivery experience was top notch. Cherry on top, I was able to visit the "Exclusiv Manufaktur" as an alternative to the factory tour since it was already closed.
Saw a lot of cool cars, highly recommend European delivery.
Any idea what that PTS dark green is? I think it looks awesome. Just curious.
I believe that’s Brewster Green. Check out Oak Green Metallic, that one’s incredible and my favorite of all the PTS. I only opted out since my build was starting to hit nosebleed territory...
Received call that my allocation has been assigned. For those keeping track or still reading this thread that’s deposit paid 3/31. Allocation with October build confirmed 8/7.
Man, that seems like a long time to wait but at least you know the car is going to be built.
I had a build order in for a Targa 4S with a January delivery but I changed it to a Targa GTS order yesterday and now I expect the car in November (October build) so all in all it has worked out well.
Long time lucker first time poster. Few weeks ago i was able to secure a 2019 C2 GTS and placed an order on my first P-car. Build sheet attached below along with the intial production schedule provided by my SA. I called Porsche NA to check on the status last week and was told the car actually finished Production on 7/29 and has been at Emden since the 30th and they provided me with the VIN. I have tried to reach out to my SA for updates but i have not received a response. Now waiting for the car to be assinged to a ship just dont know how i can find out when it happens if my SA is unresponsive.

First off congrats, you have been blessed worthy of owning a GTS 😁
Looks like our cars are on the “slow track”... I also requested in March, deposit April and confirmed allocation in mid May. I got an end of September build with a December delivery. I have to admit I’m a little envious of folks getting allocations after a couple of weeks and then cars two months later.
I will be almost 9 months in when I get my car. Fortunately I live in NorCal so the weather is still decent in December but would have been nice to get it a couple of months earlier.
Mine has been on the vessel since 7/31 and no name for thone ship yet 😩

i wish mine did too!! Kinda putting a sour taste in my mouth and stealing some of the excitement.
how did your SA find out that the car is on a ship but cant provide the ship name?
