My 911T goes into production next week and was the last for my dealership. A group friend of mine locked in for the last allocation for a T at his dealership for December production with delivery in January.

Default Ideal Tire pressure for the T?

I know what the owners manual says, but curious to know what others have arrived upon as the ideal f/r tire pressure on our Ts.

The p zeros work well at 32/35 cold pressure on the street. Once they get to 36/39 the booty starts stepping out. Just one data point.

Just had the first opportunity to drive it on a trip and wondering what types and locations of sound deadeners have been removed. Mostly curious as nothing can be "added" or would not want to. Sound/road noise in the cabin is very loud on bad MICHIGAN highways. Loud concrete, grooved concrete, etc.

I have read in other postings that the sound may be reduced with more miles on the tires. Are Michelins quite than P Zeros?

I have not driven other 991.2s so I have no reference on how loud the T may be compared to the Base or S.

Love this forum. Will ad my T details and catch up on postings soon.
When the rear P-Zeros on my car hit 14k miles, they got very loud. I replaced them and the cabin was much quieter at highway speeds. I don't know what the correlation is between shallow tread depth and increased road noise but I'm convinced of it.

Hello Carrera T'ers.

I'm looking for winter wheels/tires and found a set locally from a 2013 C2s. The dimensions are - 285/35 R19 rear and 235/40 R19 front

Will they fit the 911T - i'm kinda green when it comes to offsets etc.

Don’t know if this helps, but the tyres on the 19” wheels I’m having fitted next month are 235/40 on the front and 295/35 on the rears.

Fronts are 8.5J x 19 ET50

Rears are 11J x 19 ET77

Dream come true. I've wanted a 911 since I was a kid in Guards Red. I've been eyeing the Carrera T for a while and just got plain lucky with my local dealer perfectly optioning this MT beauty. Want to name her either Zoe or Petra. I am a die-hard driving enthusiast but I'm brand new to Porsche and the community and I have no regrets about this purchase. I will definitely fill out the survey soon.
