I may not be figuring it right but with a ET of 62 wouldn't that be like putting a 15mm spacer on the stock rim with an ET of 76? My stock wheel with a 5mm spacer sticks out past the fender. I am not figuring it correctly?

depends on the width of your wheels too. Every inch wider is 13mm mode on each side
it’s a little pokey but def no rubbing at all

yours are 11.5 like the stock wheels correct? If they were 11 rear then it would make sense that 62 could work with slight poke

yes but also when you lower the car it also gains some natural negative camber, making it tuck in more giving you more room for a lower offset

Great line! Ron would definitely know a thing or two about a situation "escalating quickly". It's true, I could order a different offset for the wheels. I have the car wrapped in PPF so I wouldn't have to be too concerned about particles from the tires kicking up against the paint. I have been shopping for a set of wheels for about a year now to replace the stock Carrera S wheels (I would just get them cleaned up and store them). I like to track the car at different places up the west coast. I store the car in AZ during the winter and fly back to pick it up in March to return it to Vancouver Island. I looked on rennlist until I joined to do more shopping, however there wasn't a lot I was interested in. Then my dealer in Victoria was able to get me a set of Ultraleggra HLT's in matt graphite for $5,000.00 CAD in eight weeks. With the exchange rate I am paying 3,600.00USD for a new set that have a finish that is close to the stock wheels. I couldn't pass that up.

I know there's a T picture thread, but I can't find it, so here I share instead. I've never gotten so much attention at a Cars & Coffee as I did with the bike atop the T. People usually walk by thinking, "Just another 911" but this Saturday people stopped to check out the bike and rack, then started noticing the details of the T: "I know what an S is, but what's a Carrera T?," "No rear seats!?," "So it's like a GT3 crossed with a Carrera?"

I spec'd my car similar to your set up. I went with the stock seats with the since I had three kiddos that could fit easily in the car. Now I only have one that can fit in the rear seats. I set mine up with sport cup 2's, akrapovic cats, RSS front adjustable control arm and bump steer, and of course those brakes that let you brake whenever you want in the corners and they perform every time you expect them to (20 minutes into your run or 3 hours into your track day)!

Our once quite active thread is growing quiet... Unacceptable! I am curious, how many Lifers do we have left. I am one. As long as I own Porsches, this will be in my garage. Who's with me?

Your twin sitting in my garage!!! Have had a couple people approach me about selling. Not happening. Made that mistake with my 997 GT3. Not letting this one go...

I love these cars. I missed out on a Lava Orange 991.2 last year, and a Miami blue Carrera T. But still looking around. Not sure I want to trade the Ferrari for one. But you never know, I like to try new things.
Keep posting photos .

New Apex wheels, just a fixed rear spoiler away from sub 3,000 lbs.
Given my biases, I just don't see anything else in the marketplace that fits my needs and desires better. Currently at 41K. mi.

I've no plans to part with my T - the 992 T would've been tempting but pricing and specs (and availability) don't work in my favor. Mine goes in for it's 4 year service this weekend and it's been a mostly trouble free experience. I've a 10/100k Fidelity warranty that should guarantee many more miles and smiles.
