Sorry to break it to you... but anyone who parks their car with the spoiler up is accused of a broken spoiler. I hope you can get it fixed.

Anything is possible, but I seriously doubt it. Certainly It would be a huge breach of trust, and given the car is under warranty, why would the dealer not simply get it repaired?

In any case, it was down in the photos they took when being put on the transporter.

That said, if it needs to be fixed it needs to be fixed, and will be covered under warranty. But my bet is on it being just fine.

Also, this is a high end dealer selling 918s, Lambos, etc. Can't imagine they'd want to hide such an item given the potential impact to their reputation. Also, they have no claims with the BBB. Just doesn't sound like something worth doing on their end.

We shall see!

@MichaelB1969

It's a joke. People prefer pics with the spoiler down. Congrats on the car!

Now is no time for joking! I bought a car sight unseen that is on its way via transport. This is, like, the peak of the anxiety curve! I'm an easy target...

FWIW, I will not be parking it with the spoiler up!

Haha, that seems appropriate! But you had me going there. Now I'll be known as "The Gullible One". 😁

Love it MB. Not gonna lie, few deep with my DD. If your spouse doesn't drive manual, teach them!

Nice!

Spouse does. And fortunately/unfortunately, so does my 19 year old son, who is already badgering me about it...and the car isn't even here yet!

So...speaking of manual, I also taught my son on a manual. And I bought him a manual transmission car (Mazda6). I call the shifter the "anti-texting device". Granted, once you master it, you can still manage to fiddle with your phone and get yourself in trouble. But I think that when you are learning, you are not likely to fiddle with the phone. And after you master it, you are going to be more engaged and also less likely to mess with your phone. He is 19 yo now and loves driving a manual. He's even heel and toeing.

FWIW, my last 911 was a PDK, and it was great. But I am SO excited that this one is going to be a manual. I posted some photos on the 911T photo thread, but here is a different one that the rep took yesterday.

Was this the car in LV? I lusted after it because it doesn’t have a single option but MT. Probably won’t find another one like it. Congrats on the purchase!

My T is pretty much loaded and I completely agree with this....sure some of the options are nice but this car truly doesn’t need it, it’s that GOOD!

I’m not one of those guys that subscribes to the thought that the T has to be optioned a certain way, but you have to admit it’s cool to find one without a single option. If that car was the car in LV I inquired about it a few days ago but it had already been sold.

Yes, this was the car in Vegas. I'm expecting it to arrive this afternoon!

I love it. A no option car might be the perfect T build.
