When I weighed mine over the summer it weighed in at 3175 with the following specs:
Manual T
No sunroof
RAS
4 ways with backseats
Antigravity lightweight battery
Soul cat bypass
1/4 tank fuel
Assuming the battery and cat bypass’s shed a total of around 50 lbs (39 for the battery and 6-7 for each cat) the car would weigh in around 3225 with the stock battery and cats back in.
Antigravity h6 40 amp replacement
Few people seem to realize how light 991s are. Instead, there's endless harping about how heavy modern Porsche have become.
It's probably worth doing more research to nail down truly representative weights, but the curb weights for 991s are seriously impressive given the amount of equipment, features, and safety cooked in. And APR suggests the Carrera/T is making 390 hp stock rather than 370…
The T above was 3240 with a full tank, agree with Pete.
My last 2 cars after the T were a 2017 R8 at 3700 lb wet and a 2020 vantage at 3800 lb and they feel like fat pigs by comparison. The vantage hides its weight well because it doesnt have the mechanical grip of the 911 so it feels balanced
As owner of T I am impressed, previously I owned 996 Targa , night and day , 996 did not have PSM , I was working on my T a little and it’s amazing how light all the parts are .
I guess people are looking at Ferrari ( for example) when they release light model they able shave off up to 200 lb , no idea how , I do not know how can you shave 200 lb from Porsche , PCCB and bucket seats only reasonable solution .....
please correct me if is wrong

We have it pretty good.
I agree-I came from a 3600+ lb Supra that was a boat. I wish I could get my car down to under 3000 or even under 3100lbs but I don’t see that happening unless I want to add pccbs, super light wheels and aftermarket carbon buckets (the ones that are shells with minimal padding). For now I will just keep adding power to make up the difference.

My T with basically no options was 3075lbs. That was with a tank over 3/4ths full, closer to 5/6ths by my estimate.
The scale I use is a truck scale not a 4-corner-scale, but it typically weighs all cars slightly above listed weight. I have used the scale for many vehicles.
My only options are Bose, dimming mirrors, aluminum gas cap.

A Honda Civic weighs 2,800-3,000lbs. A Mazda3 is 3,000-3,200. So... 3200lbs for a 911 is pretty amazing!

That aluminum gas cap must have shaved like 50lbs off. I need to get on it
interesting issue i noticed when i picked up my T from the dealer when i bought it, was a weird grease stain/scratch in different lighting. it's in 3 different spots of the dash. the selling dealer didn't want to do anything about it, but i took it to my local dealer where i get serviced and they got porsche to replace the dashboard under good will consideration which i'm super happy about. kind of annoying to get a $127,000 car that's not perfect.
