I respect your opinion-in my case, I was close to purchasing the part from a well known vendor on here-but at $600+ for a simple piece I could not stomach it. Finding this at a third of the price and the fit/finish was excellent, I have no issues running this on my car. If I had to do it again, I would with no questions asked. This whole "Porsche"/high end thing gets me every time...our cars are 75% Volkswagen parts...although they are something special and well put together-they are not a priceless gem.

I like your build polobai. I mostly read on here but your DIY projects have been fun to watch.

Default Numeric shifter

Just installed numeric shifter on my T , absolutely love it , more precise and mechanical , faster shifting . Took me about 40 min ( there is nice video on YouTube)

Honestly one of the only things that's not as good for a serious daily car is the centerock wheel. It becomes impossible to carry the space saver spare. I'm obsessed with not being stranded and roll with a mobile tire shop in the frunk. But I take my cars on some pothole and screw laced roads. I'm into only having one 911 and right now also question if I'd give the T up for another. I'm starting to think I wouldn't.
How's the DSC controller? It's been about a week? Good? Bad? Won't do it again? Definitely a must buy?

Limited driving but I like it. Feels more like the suspension is alive with a keener balance. Like I said in another post, way more of a GT feel. I still pick up some movement in the rear of the car that was not there, almost like you can feel the soft right before it loads up stiffly. It's not a bad thing really. Especially if the ceiling is higher once responding to full G's, which seems to be the case. This is all before I tweak the maps. I can see running a GT3 tour split with the T sport map. I'm pleased with it. I can see it helping on the track even more. It's worth a look I'd say.

I have had mine for about 7,000 miles now and love it. I highly recommend it. It's great for back roads and the track as well as just daily city driving. And since you can install it yourself in about 10 minutes I would call it a must buy!

Nice. I just watched Matt from OG he put it in his .2GT3RS. He described what I initially felt about the T in the backroad, there seems to be the "bounce" at turns that's not smooth which makes me feel uneasy. I know my T is no GT3RS suspension, but that's how I felt initially. It seems DSC could resolve that w/o investing a whole coilover system.

Quarantine got me focused on car projects!

Just Polished and full ceramic coating last weekend.

Ordered all this from Soul Performance this week!
Soul cat bypass
Softronic Tune
BMC Filter
Numeric shifter

Will be a nice big project. Planning to install it all myself. Can’t wait to see how it transforms the T. Interested in anyone’s feedback that has these mods or has installed them and has tips.

Quite some time ago, "we" (the forum we) confirmed the part # for the SSK in the T and the GT4 were the same.

just installed Numeric shifter my self, absolutely love it
i did 200 cell cats and Kline full exhaust a while ago with custom tune ( 100-200 kph now same as 991.1 Turbo) DSC suspension control, intake and intercoolers , bigger turbos . I love the car now
( would not work on the exhaust my self , to complicated and hard to get to some bolts )
wondering how would it sound ?

I *had* to recharge the batteries. Mentally and literally. A quick lap around the valley.
