Thank you. There are a few Carrera T's with a manual transmission still available, but not a lot. This one had all the options (plus a few more) that I would order if I was able to configure it myself. I am located in Northern California and had my local Porsche dealer reach out to other Porsche dealers within a reasonable radius. It will be transported to Rocklin, California where I will take delivery, hopefully within the next week to 10 days.

Three Wheelin'
Having had a few Macans and a Panamera previously, I got my jollies with launch control in the past and with 4600 miles on the T, I have yet to use it. So here's my question.
I will on occasion take off rather spiritedly from a traffic light. Why am I feeling what I can only call rough upshifting? Feels like a bit of a jolt. Is that normal? In my former Panamera, during launch control it kind of felt like a hit in the back of the head when it would shift. With the T just stepping on it, it's not smooth during upshifts.

With about 2400 miles on the clock thought it was finally time to try 7th gear on a short highway trip. Traffic averaged about 62 to 65 mph and the car did 33.4 mpg one way and 31.5 mpg on the return. Gees, I’m impressed! Not as much fun as my normal driving style but nice to know it’s there if you need it. Amazing cars!
IMHO, LWBs are the best T option.

Ha! I'm picking up my Guards Red CT on Monday and will park it (after a good local rip) alongside my Mk6 Golf. I keep saying I should upgrade to an R or eGolf (came close) but I love that little car with it's GTI packge (Recaro seats, leather steering wheel, shifter, ebrake) and suspension bits. Just can't seeing selling it! Maybe I should find an R to go for a good romp in...
The BEST! I've put Pirelli Sottozeo's on my Golf. It'a great off-season car to drive.

Man, I would love a Golf R, but for now my other boxer (WRX) will have to do. I used to have a 2013 GTI and had nothing but issues with it. Had to get rid of it before the warranty ran out. I'd consider another Golf, but only the R, since that one is still made in Germany.
Congrats on the T.

US ride height vs ROW?
Do we know if there is any difference in ride height for US spec CTs vs ROW? I didn't think so, but looked at my cat recently and felt it was a bit high....
