Thanks. I am not particularly worried about tracking in the Cab. It has factory roll-over protection. If PCA is good with it, I'm good with it.

Agreed, Randy. And thanks for the info this morning via text.

Thanks. Messing with the AWD system with taller tires was one thing I was worried about (though seems like a nonissue for those running 265/325?). I also like the idea of staying N1 spec. I was looking at 255/315 PSC2s also; the 255 is N0 spec (also Porsche), but the 315 is K spec (Ferrari). Not sure how that would play. (They both use horses for logos, right?)

Rear -1.7 Camber toe at 1mm in.
Thanks! This is very helpful. You were able to achieve those alignment settings on factory parts? I am surprised you got that much camber on OE parts and had resigned myself to new control arms and/or camber plates from Tarrett. Not so? Also, are you running those settings on the street, too?

I was going to do the up-size on tires also until l took a hard look at the specs. I didn't want to mix the different compounds. Personal choice.
I drive my car as a daily and between HPDE and other track events the alignment works well. I get 8-10K miles on a set of tires including seven events on my current set.

Makes sense. I’m leaning that way too.

PCA allowing something doesn't necessarily mean everyone should it consider it to be 'safe enough'.

For years, PCA allowed using harnesses without using a HANS. Now that's no longer allowed.

I can put slicks on my 992 GT3 and drive 10/10ths with street brake fluid, street pads, 3-pt belts, windows down, open-face helmet, and flammable clothing. PCA allows it, but many would say that's not safe enough.

Definitely avoid tracking in a Cab if you're afraid to do so. But I don't share your concern.

Hi drabe. Do you run your car with this setup on the street as well as the track, and if so, what are your perceived differences over OEM on the street? Also, if you drive to and from the track, what changes do you make once at the track and how, if you do? Thanks

Did those of you running -2.5* of camber up front install axle spacers? I’m seeing several sites (e.g., E-Motion, Tarrett) recommending (and selling) axle spacers supposedly to prevent damage to the axles and transmission from added camber.

Are those only necessary when going to extreme camber, or do I need to factor them in?

Anyone still tracking their 991 turbo in 2023 with upgraded turbos and meth injection?

2 years in with my alignment and no problems yet on all stock parts.

I believe @KONG991TT Is running upgraded turbos but not sure about Meth. I would think it would be hard to run Meth on a road course.

Water/meth would be great to keep temps down, especially since so many tracks seem to be in the desert out here. I wish there were a clean setup for a small tank that didn't take up precious frunk space.

Be nice to find a way to make the OEM GT2RS tank fit

i am about to start trying it, but i plan on leaving the meth off for now and running on a 95 octane or so. no idea how it will work so i figured starting as low on power as possible.

With all the talk of the 265/325 setup in this thread, just a heads up that I have a brand new set of PSC2s in 265/35-20 and 325/30-20 for sale in the marketplace: https://rennlist.com/forums/market/1381983
