What does the systems use the back pressure canisters for ?
Back pressure canisters are basically dampeners for the exhaust pulsations. So we don't get skewed or wonky data, will tell us if we are hitting some sort of restriction.

Gotcha now. Have used pulse dampeners due to bad sensor location to smooth the signal. You won’t have much , if any, back pressure in that system. Errant pulses could be a signal issue, but you have that covered.

Well Done !

No, the car wasn't ready this time around. Next year I hope to take it out there!

Yes exactly, we don't expect to have much BP with that header sizing. The manifold should be good to flow 2kwhp worth with the right sized turbo.

Awesome, I already got a few people who are down to do that. I bet we can fill one up pretty easily and get some good round trip rates

Giving a little update as the builds never go as planned in a timely manner LOL. You can see the progress and how long it takes to wire everything etc.

Changed and added a few things to the build. My car is full steam ahead at Evospec and will be tuned by Wayne at the end of the month.
I told John Bray to hold onto it and take his time as I want to race it at NFZ Arizona in Dec 18/19 since it's right around the corner from his shop

Anyways, some of the changes are:
Adding Stage 2 Cams and going over a few things in my motor
By Design Intake Manifold with 2600CC IDX injectors
Changed to the new Injector dynamics brushless fuep pump system with their proprietary controller and radium surge tank
Adding a Syvecs AWD Controller to the system to work in conjunction with Motec Standalone ECU.
Changing from A2A to A2L once it comes back to me after NFZ.
Will be tuned on full e85 and should have an output of 1200-1300 AWHP

Looking good buddy. This is definitely going to be one of the nicer builds out there!

That’s the Iron Man manifold guys. Wait till you see it with the gold stuff on it!
