Making a thread for my 2014 991.1 Turbo S build:

ACF TT Kit, Inconel 625 Manifolds, Garrett G30-770 Turbos, Tial 44mm MVR Wastegates.
ACF Titanium exhaust full 3.5" to quad tip, recirculated gates.
Evospec 4.0L Built Motor and Stage 1 CNC ported head.
Evospec Surge fuel tank system triple 525's, lines, and regulator.
Evospec Custom wiring harness for Syvecs extras.
Dodson Clutches with billet oil pan and bracing.
Billet Intake Manifold with Port injection.
BMS Intercoolers with custom hydraflow clamps.
BMS Charge Y Pipe with Tial BOV with custom hydraflow clamps.
BMS 3.5" Intake with Do88 inlet system.
BMS 2 Gallon Stealth Methanol Kit.
BBI Roll cage.
BBS FI-R.
Syvecs ECU system tuned by Wayne.
Motec C127 Dash for extra logging and live data.
Added extras for fine tuning and safety.
- LPFP Sensor
- Coolant Pressure Sensor
- 6 EGT sensors (1/cyl)
- 2 Back pressure sensors (1/bank)
- 2 Shaft Speed Sensors (1/turbo)


Might have forgot some things, but I'll add to the list if it comes to mind.

Started to get down and dirty before the year end:

The machined parts so far. Head flange for the manifold and throttle body adapter to Hydraflow clamp system. I'm not using any Tbolt or silicones for chargepipes in this kit.









One of the manifolds is completed. Inconel 625, 1 7/8" tube .035" wall thickness double slip merge collector. It came out to 6lbs

That is most impressive - I am very interested in what kind of power you put down - 6 x EGTs is a very clever way to build redundancy into safely running at whatever insane pressure you're going for.

Thanks guys!! I'm not looking for any particular records, just looking to have fun with the big boys. I'll be happy to cross 190mph in the half and do mid 3s 60-130 runs. I'll update with more pictures tomorrow, the other manifold is almost done.

Should be easy, I have the same Garretts on my car. I think it was making around 900ish when it went 190 . Maybe 26-27psi . Great turbos, and super responsive. 190 should be cake. 200 should be the goal.
