Got my Turbo S on July 1st, so had it a month and a half now. Just hit 3300 miles this morning on way back from Albuquerque. Drove out there this weekend to buy some whiskey and visit friends. First longer road trip in car. Did great besides a low tire pressure warning, and how rough the roads are in New Mexico. After 6 weeks with the car, still loving it. Got a stack of modifications waiting to go on once the exhaust arrives. Suspension, Filter, Inlets, Intercoolers, Plenum, Ypipe, Headers, Exhaust. Only other thing is probably get the PPF redone as it is ~4 years old and seen better days. Probably do an oil change this week. Car was slow as hell in Albuquerque because of elevation, but the mods should fix that. Rode around mostly in my friends modified X5M, and that thing boogies. Pretty sure it is faster than the 911 as is and its a big SUV.

Picture is stop in Grants NM at Taco Bell for Lunch.

nice car and mods! Too bad we didn't get to meet. I'm in AZ as well, selling the TTS. Mine is a white 2018 with basically all the mods you bought. Same wheels too. Never got around to installing the plenum though. Was a long wait for all the mods.

Funny thing is I had an X5M on order but switched it to an X5 M50i. Strongly considering not selling the TTS but I'm getting married and selling all my rides for an all in one package. Did I read correctly that you said the X5M is faster than the 911?

His car has a bunch of mods, downpipes, tune, etc. Not sure everything. Dinan stage 3 or something, said it makes ~800hp.
Your car would have been perfect (besides the red interior). I did have some regret with my car, as I really want a white one, and like your wheels way more, but timing just didn't work out.

800hp yikes!! Glad I switched to the M50i because I know I'd be doing what your buddy did with the X5M. HP is addicting.

Things are meant to be in a certain way and buying second hand is slim pickings. I got lucky by acting quick on my car. It was fun and the best 911 I've ever owned.

PM me if you ever have any questions about your car. Ive learned a lot about this platform and can point you in some directions when it comes to working on the car and which local gas stations have the best race fuel or ethanol.

Friend lives there, wanted to see the 911. I'm a big whiskey/bourbon collector. So while out there hit up about 10 stores. Found a few decent bottles. Some weller 12, Micthers BS Rye 10y, a few store picks.

Today going to try to get the bugs off the car.

No, I mean the cleaner, liquid, itself - it has a compound in it that biologically breaks down dead bugs and it'll wipe right off...

Leaves the front end smelling fresh and lovely.

Will take off all residue related to dead bugs, works like a charm.

The magic erasers are great for removing the white residue from the dried wax on plastic trim pieces and the exposed edges of PPF.

They are also an abrasive, so they will remove paint and clear as well.
