Congrats it’s a great upgrade. I would say 750 AWHP maxed out with methanol on a stock 991.1 engine, and they will be running at their efficiency limits so the amounts of heat the turbos will generate means the readings are only sustainable for a quick Dyno run. It all depends on who claims what and how it’s measured, but they’re still plenty fast though and with very good response!

Think that for sustainable track 700 FWHP on the 2RS, Porsche went for much larger turbos and did many upgrades to intake, fuel, exhaust, heads and cooling.

Thank you for the info! Do you have the Pure VTG on your car as well?

I thought the only changes to the GT2RS were lower compression pistons and different turbos, otherwise it was a direct carry over from the turbo - is this not the case?

Actually much more was done to it, other than improving the rear deck lid for cooling.. I posted the below elsewhere:

“Need to keep in mind that to reach reliable 700 Fwhp with the new VTGs they had to improve engine efficiency and limit boost at 1.55 bar to avoid overheating the IAT. Larger ports by 25%, new air filter providing 15% more air, water spray, newly redesigned plastic intake with special aerodynamics and shorter runners to speed up air flow while keeping torque at 750NM, modified air ducts everywhere, special titanium exhaust with shorter cats, among other things.. one can quickly see that the new turbos don’t have such great potential after all”

Wow, that is impressive.... seems to justify the $500,000 asking price here in Vancouver...

No, I have a ByDesign stage 4 with the same 68mm turbos, been running it for about 2 years on track, hillclimbs and time attack. Great package.
