Priciing affects of the "new latest and greatest" will wane in time as as nice as it is it is a "GT3" not an "RS". Further, as ADMs of $25K+ start appearing RS prices will climb imho.

Still seeing strong pricing on RS's here.
I know this is hard for you to hear.. lol.. But 33 RS cars sitting on lots here in Canada is a lot. 14 or 16 are within 30km of my home. Everyone who truly wanted one, has one already and purchased (likely) at MSRP. No one here (in Canada) is going to pay $100k over for an RS.

They are asking even bigger markups over CAD MSRP than US market, no?

Granted that these were all used cars.. but I believe the prices were similar during the peak. The highest I saw was $150k over CAD. .. Dealers here confused themselves with CA -California, when it's CA -Canada.. lol

Agreed. Pains me every time I walk past the GTSilver RS that's been sitting on my dealer's showroom floor forever. Gathering dust.

Asking and sellng are worlds apart here.

These cars have been chained to the floor for a year.

The 991 "collectors" will be feeling the pain soon enough.

A related article, but shows where the mindset and reality is. Peaked for now. On the decline.

Also... Seinfeld can afford to not give a flying duck about values and depreciation.. I think he actually drives his cars.

I have been looking for a pre 74 long hood to do a Viper Green R-gruppe car. Prices have gone way down in that space and will continue to go down I believe. The times of people spending big bucks for a 911T are gone. And yes, this will also affect the "newer" collector cars such as R and possibly RS.

How much do you see the LH market down? And when do you think it was its strongest?

So true, Jamie. The main difference is Asking means absolutely nothing.

Indeed. The combination of greed and stubbornness can be costly.
