Market Glut....GT3 and gt3rs ?
I just went by Porsche of West Broward.
Looked like around 6 991.1 GT3 RS for sale
5 991.1 GT3 for sale
2 997.2 GT3 RS for sale
I guess most of them were on consignment, that's a guess, but wow never so so many together. They didn't look like they had much in way of miles on them....or at least the tires looked new.

The lure of big and easy money is hard to resist and in South Florida it's a part of the scenery.

Lots of cars around. Dealers still not budging on RS pricing.

From my experience west broward is pretty stubborn. They are still sitting on a lava orange gts that I may them on offer on 6 months ago. It was a $129k sticker and I offered them $122k. They easily passed and never called back.

Let the stubborn fockers still on the cars and pay the interest on their flooring revolver line while values bleed lower....might even teach them a lesson. Same thing for stubborn real estate sellers who think their home is work X% higher than recently closed comps.

Did they even attempt to counter you or meet you in the middle or did you just hear crickets when you offered them $122k?

229 GT3 / RS available on Autotrader. Lots and lots of 2016 RS of all color varieties. Majority 991.

And a lot of the cars sitting in dealer inventory right now are not on Autotrader, so there are way more out there sitting around gathering dust. My dealer had two at high premiums, hinted they were going to bend a bit, and I just noticed that one of them is gone. Need to find out what it actually sold for.

Turned out to be good luck for me that they didn't take it, as in hindsight I would have hated the build. Wound up getting a car that fit me much better for even less.

One 991rs with 700 miles sitting in the classifieds at $207k!
Would think that would sell before any of these dealers sell theirs.
If I was in the market I would offer msrp and leave my phone number. Call me when you want to sell the car.

Where is that ad? The only one I see is the guy asking $205 for the GTSilver one, but there are reasons why that car is a lower premium car. Options, miles, mods.
