Not sure if you're referring to my theory, or someone's facts. I hope there is a GT3.2 with no wing. And I hope that's it. But, the GT3 silhouette and script don't seem centered as well. However, it's a crummy photo and my sillz were tested just by drawing a pink arrow on the photo.

Regarding the reflection - could be. But there's a clear lateral delineation between the red and white. As there would be on the scope when it's showing data.

I guess I don't understand why there's any mystery about this car still remaining? We saw almost fully uncovered mules driving around with full GT3 body work without a wing… The only question is if they'll call it something like a sport classic, or if they'll give it the GT3 name. But whether a car like this is coming out is pretty much indisputable at this point no?

Also, our latest cleaning lady chris#### has confirmed, and will undoubtedly be compelled to chime in again that he DEFINITELY has heard from his source that a touring package with a manual is coming. If I've learned anything in life, is don't question Chris####. Unless Chausoul contradicts him, then belittle chris#### with Internet doubts and insults ..

But as Chausoul is no more.. Chris#### is our man.. stop making him repeat himself! He's probably fuming about to post something to this effect right now I'm sure. Argh, so frustrating to have to repeat oneself.

I am going to report this again, but for the last time...

I was at a private launch of the GT3.2 in Europe 2 months ago. At this function 3 people, who all work for Porsche, each independently verified/announced that the Touring (no wing and manual) is coming. Details announced in September.

I think it's proven that a weekly service announcement is required..

So there will be no PDK offered with Touring, only manual? I believe you originally reported both would be offered.

Rear seats or no? I could not care less about the wing - it's a minor cosmetic detail on a street car. But rear seats change the role the car can play.

Did they happen to mention if it would be a different model / edition, or if it would just be a "checkbox" option on the regular GT3?

Thank you Chris3963, your patience in the face of this onslaught of doudt is commendable.

I want one with PDK-S, narrow body, rear seats and no wing.
In other words, a 911 with a decent engine.

Just consider that if there's a back seat, you won't get to choose buckets, which are a must-have for me. And I'm prioritizing the seats over the wing, so I get buckets and the wing.

The best option: Get the car with the buckets and wing now and buy the regular deck lid from the parts department later.

Rear seats in a 911 are near-worthless anyway unless you don't feed your kids.

When asking about rear seats, I was told that GT3 was not homologated with rear seats. If that is correct then no rear seas.

There are two types of bucket seats. The 918 style and the older style. The 918 style buckets are fixed back and dont fold, so they would not be compatible with back seats, but the old style buckets do fold and probably would be ok.

To my knowledge, only the 918 style buckets are available in the US, whereas in ROW you can option both.

'old' style buckets with folding mechanism:

Good luck getting into rear seats with LWB that don't fold (in the US). Maybe option a SR and enter from above?
