I'm curious as to how long some dealers lists have gotten. Of course it depends on dealer size, but what are some of you hearing? Back in January, Danbury told me they had 9 people already for the 991.2 and they told me it wouldn't be worth my time. I suppose they were being honest...

Nothing scientific but I visited 6 dealerships in east side of country with some PCNA execs a month ago and each store had 20+ long lists for "MANUAL ONLY" slots for GT3. These were stores that all average 25-35 total sales per month.

It's still there, and will probably be the majority of the sales. On track you'll see. You'll need to heel toe yourself over to the right to let that faster car pass!

There are still people on here finalising specs for RS to be delivered in January. I doubt there's going to be an overlap with a GT3 with same engine n Frankfurt.

My guess is Frankfurt is a limited product more racing- related. This will explain some of the test cars we've seen, and mean that GT3 speculation can start all over again!

Then, new GT3 at Geneva in March. Manual optional, (hurrah..!) Turbo mandatory,.(boo..!)
Could well be wrong, but nothing so far proves otherwise.

Agree, it would make more sense to release the gt2rs in Paris and the 991.2gt3 in Geneva.

Most of these cars spend their time on the street. You know that. Also, not everyone cares about being faster. You know that too.
Although I agree, the majority will still get pdk because of reasons I don't want to get in anymore, they've been beaten to death...

Agreed. If I wanted to be the fastest I would not buy a GT3. I want to 'row my own gears' because it takes skill and gives me enjoyment. Eagerly anticipating the manual.

Edit: A manual that Porsche makes. Nothing better than P-car manuals.
