That was a pretty terrible job by Top Gear on the Chris Harris video.
Less than 5mins? Come on. They don't have a clue as to why and how Chris got a following.
The video was basically Chris sliding, giving out stats you can easily look up and a couple of comments about the RS. Ok.....
To credit, it way less embarrassing than the Z06/ACR segment they did air though.

This great thread says we need a ACR sub-forum here. So far there is better info than the Viper forums!.
Hopefully ordering a 1 of 1 car Monday with a custom color, extreme aero, and carbon brakes. Not sure if I should get the full HK stereo added back in. For those asking there are some great deals to be had with cars on the ground and orders.
I have good laps at COTA in my 991 GT3 that is turning into an RS next month. About the time the ACR arrives I should be able to do some good back to backs once broken in.
A few questions for those tracking. I've searched the Viper forums with no luck. Is there a hole in the factory seats for the submarine belt? How are the carbon rotors holding up? CJ mentioned a little about the pads, but I'm curious about the rotors cost benefit vs steel.
Can anyone pass on their 18" wheel offsets? Love to get a set ordered and ready for hohos.
Cheers,
Rob

Wheels specs: 18X12 and 18X13
Tire Specs: 335/30/18 and 345/35/18 Hoosier A7s
In checking Front wheel fitment — The front wheels clear at full lock everywhere, except at full droop, where the tire can brush the lowest point of the fender where my gravel protector is -- really a non-issue as you never will see this in the real world. This will happen with any 25.5" diameter tire on the Viper and the 19" 295 Hoosier is 26.1" so that would be even worse on the factory wheels. If you mount the wheel weights on the outer edge of the wheel barrel, this can nock the A-Arm brake duct at full lock. Just don't put the wheel weight right there when balancing... I spent a lot of time measuring the front to come up with the specs for the 18X12. 8 5/8" backspacing is where it needs to be for a 12" wheel.
In checking Rear wheel fitment — Everything clears fine, but the inside wheel weights need to be positioned halfway across the inner barrel to avoid hitting e-brake cable, or you can Loosen the bolt and pivot it a bit (there is a range available where the set tab is in the upright hole) which gives plenty of clearance. Rear offset is stock.
