Those garage doors look great. Question: what appears to be white tubes running from the opener down to the safety beam at the bottom, and I assume to the opening switch... are those just white PVC?
Any ideas re different levels of epoxy flooring? Are there certain types more durable than others? I don’t like the ones with the dots, like plain or more artistic look with marble like patterns. Have been building the house and have 4 car garage with 4 lifts, can accommodate up to 8 cars, ceiling height is around 11ft. Now heed to decide about flooring soon.
Not sure how different products differ but the chemical principles should be the same. See pix. Black base, top coat a mix of a silvery grey, black, and white swirled together.top clear coat. Great prep and sanding between coats essential to a great result.

I am sure that you will have a 2-post lift to work on cars? Make sure that the footing where you will install the 2-post will have adequate amount of rebar/concrete thickness/strength (PSI). There is a lot of bad and contradictory information out there, so be conservative and contact the manufacturer.
And, reconsider the height of your wide garage door. You are going to want to back your enclosed trailer in there to work on it...
Since you are now in a cold climate, consider radiant heating. If you have warm floors, you will never go back in the house again!
