Those garage doors look great. Question: what appears to be white tubes running from the opener down to the safety beam at the bottom, and I assume to the opening switch... are those just white PVC?

Not sure how different products differ but the chemical principles should be the same. See pix. Black base, top coat a mix of a silvery grey, black, and white swirled together.top clear coat. Great prep and sanding between coats essential to a great result.

What color blue is your Speedster? Is that Albert? Manaus? Or something lighter. I thought those colors are darker.
Beautiful!

Design nearing completion.

40 wide, 50 deep, 14 foot ceilings. 10x10 and 16x10 garage doors for access.

Just a basic box, insulated slab, conditioned building with mini splits is the plan.

Store 4 cars - big workspace for another.

Eventually add set of lifts in back right corner to expand storage to 6

2nd floor loft / living space, or just all open air? I didn't see any stairs, and just curious

And, reconsider the height of your wide garage door. You are going to want to back your enclosed trailer in there to work on it...

Since you are now in a cold climate, consider radiant heating. If you have warm floors, you will never go back in the house again!

And congratulations.
