That floor looks great! I had a question regarding the lift - what reinforcement did you put in the floor before installing it? Bendpak show an extensive rebar grid at 12" centers. Feel free to PM me to avoid derailing the thread.
Thought I'd post this here on one of my favorite GT3 threads. Though I have ZERO garage space left at the moment, I picked up a Speed Yellow stablemate for my GT3 last week. Been hunting this color for a while. Now all I need before I die is Miami or Mexico Blue, and Lizzard or Lava.

Well the future is now. We're building our next house.
Since this is a garage thread, here are the details:
It's an oversized 4 car garage (~1211 sqft). The dimensions are a little different as depth may be a concern as it's only 20" deep. Right now that fits our biggest car, the Aviator, and we don't plan on getting a Surburban anytime soon.
Looking forward to seeing how it actually comes together over the next 8ish months.
Any ideas re different levels of epoxy flooring? Are there certain types more durable than others? I don’t like the ones with the dots, like plain or more artistic look with marble like patterns. Have been building the house and have 4 car garage with 4 lifts, can accommodate up to 8 cars, ceiling height is around 11ft. Now heed to decide about flooring soon.
