Bit odd they don't want the lift, be easier to leave it flat I'd have thought than to remove it and match or redo the entire floor.

Husband probably said while seeing the home with his wife "you know, with that lift, I could probably start buying and restoring cars" and his wife called the realtor and noted the contract to read "garage lift removed prior to closing".... she's going to tell him once they move in "oh, I'm so sorry honey, the old owner was really sentimental about that lift and insisted he take it with him"

I just bought this dealer Porsche plaque from Pcarmarket. I had been trying to get my local dealer to get one for me but to no avail. It's embossed with a nice relief, and the red and black areas look like they are porcelain and the whole front has a nice clear coat. I paid $4200 plus fees but I was willing to pay the dealer more than that.

thank you! I agree, I have to get the floor filled and redo the epoxy...I laid the floor so I have skills Still, if it sells the house, so be it. At least this way one of us car nuts gets to use the thing!

Thanks. It's 23"x17" I'm trying to figure out the best way to mount it. I might tape some string mini LED's around the edge to make a soft glow.
It only bid up to $2100, but in Dealtank it was heading to and it was at $3400 and I didn't want to take a chance on it.
Here's the auction Porsche plaque auction
I was asked about my system, and wireless ways to get good audio, without boxes. I don't go fishing for biz here, but will answer. Devaliet makes some nice stuff. Cabasse is even better, and they make a sphere called Pearl ($4k each) and Pearl Akoya ($1899 each) and they are terrific. The Akoya has a patented 6.5" woofer on the back, and uses DSP that is processed through the Cabasse servers in the cloud.
So it is an all-in-one solution, and if you buy a pair they run in stereo or mono on the fly. Streamer, tri-amped, DSP, and runs off any music service you want.
If you guys need anything Rennlisters get 10% off except for brands or specific products that won't allow that. Which are few. But exist.

I am a single guy who owns a Condo with a 1.5 garage for my GT3. Nothing fancy but I love my condo and the surrounding area. My GT3 is actually my daily but I WFH 90% of the time so it is basically a weekend car. Just thought I would share a slightly different perspective.
