Congrats! ....please share the progress. I love garage builds.
Thanks and will do. I'm going on my 4th time going over this thread. Looking for a pic of a setup with hardlines to to the lifts...can't seem to find it. Anyway, not much progress on the garage will happen for a while. Finishing up HVAC in the house, then stucco. Drywall and interior details will take up most of the next few months. Garage will be last. Not a lot to do here. Insulation, walls, doors, HVAC, and flooring. Lift(s) and cabinetry after the floor is in. Still undecided on this. Down to polished concrete vs. porcelain tile. Latter is my first choice, but I can't seem to find anyone locally that's confident in doing the work in a garage. Irritating to say the least. If anyone knows a good tile installer in South Texas, hit me up!

I have hard lines to my lift. Not sure how well you can see in this picture. The electrical runs under the concrete and comes up in conduit right next to the post. The air runs in an aluminum Prevost pipe over the top. Unfortunately, I didn't do my homework on the air lines when I started the project because I had them bury piping for air under the concrete as well, but it was steel piping. Then I realized I might have rust issues after the floor was poured. I didn't feel like having them dig it up and re-pour, so I just ran the aluminum pipe overhead.

Another "glamour" shot
Love it! Awesome. Thanks.
My slab is already poured, so no option to run lines underneath. As long as it's tidy, doesn't really matter if they're coming from above.
One thing I did is use some magnetic pipe clamps on the post to hold the pipe to the post. I didn't want to drill into the post and risk damage or voiding the warranty.
I’m building a modest attached garage here just west of Boston MA. I hope to have an in-ground mid-rise lift like this (pic from Bendpak website) in the rear corner.
I’m thinking of using Racedeck tiles flooring as my knees just can’t take walking and working on hard surfaces for long periods anymore.
This is is my first garage and there WILL be wrenching going on - so what are some “must haves” my brethren here will suggest? Budget is modest.

Hey @Chris3693, do you know where you got that Porsche lettering and sign on your garage. Looking for something exactly like that!!!
