I follow you and understand your point. It really is in the eye of the beholder. My desire to own an RS is FAR stronger than this car. Doesn't mean it isn't desirable to someone else. Something about this car doesn't feel special to me. I'm sure the car exists and is coming. My salesman who is pretty well connected through various 918 sales said, it's coming. I'd build a Singer lite if I had an extra 250k. Different strokes...

Yea, more like $400+

Too many cars, too little money and not enough time...

Too many cars, enough money, relatively speaking and definitely not enough time...

I'll try this again. Technical difficulties trying to answer you previously.

I know of a Voodoo blue car coming into my dealership soon. Once I can arrange the two together, I will get some photos. Mr. Blau is current on the Crystal Ace somewhere in the North Atlantic Ocean.

I am curious to see how close the two colors are as well. There is a link attached to a voodoo blue GTS available in San Diego. Perhaps there is a CA Club Coupe owner that can get you this before I can.

With regards to Club Blau, my first time seeing the color was during pickup. In person, it is simply amazing. I love the way it changes in the light. At dusk, night, in the shade, it takes on a deeper shade. In the sun, it's a bit electric.

$182k for a GTS?

The painted wheels are way too much, need some black or silver wheels for contrast.

According to STG, the car was specially ordered. The guy backed out leaving the dealership with this specimen.

Agree. The wheels are over the top. The red stitching is ok if they didn't have blue interior trim too. And why would anyone option a GTS into 180k+. 2 years from now that car will be wholesaled for half.

They should have collected some non-refundable deposits for ordering such an expensive GTS. They are going to have to discount it to get it out the door. This is where I ALMOST feel sorry for the dealer. haha

Im sure when the guy was ordering the car, the salesman was salivating over the build. Think about the commission he was going to get... This is why porsche is porsche because you can even get a base boxster over $100K if you check off enough boxes. I've seen plenty of ugly custom builds at the dealer .. I really want to puke when I see painted air vents and radio surrounds... it looks like Xzibit picked the options...

Sad to see it turned into a Pimpmobile.
Who would configure Voodoo blue wheels?
