Drifting
V215 and currently trying to make some minor changes and waiting confirmation. its not as easy to make changes at V215 and dealer doesn't like doing it but probably possible depending on how hard you push.

Status V170, PTS locked and can't even modify that if I wanted to. Tried adding the "CTR" Exclusive option which is the "Air Vents Painted in The Exterior Colour" and PAG refused. I can modify every other option if I wanted to, but nothing got to do with the paint. That option would have given a sick touch to the car

I'm fascinated by this concept that pts v215 cars are being allowed changes. My dealer has been adamant that no changes allowed and if he tried to push the topic with Porsche all it would do is delay the order

Are you saying Porsche's business model is based on spite?

haha, no.
I am just a guy that would love to make some tweaks to my spec PTS build that I didn't originally configure. According to my dealer, that is not allowed now. And when I asked him to push it, he implied that even if Porsche agreed it could delay the order. Not sure he meant that they would be spiteful, more that the PTS program, with bucket seats, etc. is already balancing on a knife edge in terms of production delays, etc. and that if I go asked to add deviated stitching or change my light configuration, etc. it could push a further delay.
