It definitely looks better (lower) with the lower rear skirt painted.

I think this looks odd, unless you paint the front and rear lower lip spoilers as well. If you don't, it looks like a piece is missing.

Porsche? For $200k you get four choices. Embarrassing.
For $175k 4 colors for $181K you get a pretty long list. It's just the PTS mystery ordering system is difficult.
Looks like I will have to go black uprights and silver wheels.
Matte aluminum uprights and wheels requested but not possible or $$$$.
Free on purple....

The shape of the rear end really accentuates the rear splitter compared to other manufacturers (650S, 488 GTB, Z06, etc). When looking at non-black versions of those cars, the rear splitter and panel extend high up making the car look higher in the rear end under certain lighting conditions. The big difference between the 991 body and those is that the 991 is more rounded so the panel that would be the car's primary color behind the rear wheel is smaller and therefore the splitter and panel is more visible from the side profile which really accentuates the raked look.

Black / A1 is PTS for the 991.1 GT3 RS because it's not offered as a standard color, and enough people want Black.
It's not a "formal" PTS color since it's so shockingly standard on other Porsches.

Oh thanks. I would love black on it but not for $5500 lol. I think I'd get the polar opposite if I was paying for PTS; something like mint green
