so the 918 buckets replace the CGT lightweights and we keep the GT2 seats as a Rest of World option.....
Whilst we're on the subject of father/son bonding.....my son aint such a big fan of the GT2 seats...as under hard acceleration...he bumps his head on the shoulder harness thread plastic .....
thought of getting him a helmet...but then he would need a hans....which really should require smaller harnesses to fit him...and then i'd be worried about the angles...(it really is a disease..isn't it)

In 3 years seats, motors and rear axle steering will be sorted out. People will forget what manual gearbox used to be. Everything will be just fine. Save your money and buy into new platform when it will be QAed by those who have too much money to care about.
.
I think 991 conceptually is a faster chassis than 997. It is just a matter of time when to swap old one for newer and so far it is too early.

I guess with enough time driving electric cars people will eventually forget what a petrol engine was like. Heck, with enough time in self-driving cars people might eventually forget what it was like to drive period. Time moves on and technology is your friend.....
