My guess is that the MSRP with no options is $199k.

Pleased that the standard 3 will still win in Top Trumps on rev limit.

not sure the ratio is shorter than current

I seriously doubt that and hope that isn't true!

But not the fastest piston speed... (whatever that implies!)

Beautiful car - well done! I think if it's the same/similar, the details on the RS will get lost so I'm hoping for a lighter shade.

Had a 2014 order pending (with PTS on "waitlist"), switched it to a 2015 due to the engine issue and was careful that it falls within the PTS window. Took a little bit of talking to the dealer and others. ;-)

I just saw this at the bottom of this article on WCF that Porsche may push the RS reveal off till september to not step on the GT4 release at Geneva. Hope that's BS.

It is BS, and the other way around. Porsche moved the GT4 forward (and not at any motor show) to avoid stepping on the GT3 RS release at Geneva. We know where their priorities lie.

why no black? its one of the most popular colors, they need to do black white silver and red, with the special orange and purple as possible std colors along with yellow and green and gulf blue as options

Maybe, as it doesn't highlight shorter ratios on the leaked doc, or its increase of power, but it is quite evident on videos that the shift points are much shorter than the GT3. Either it's power or ratios one of the two, or a combo of both.

Or maybe it's the 200RPM neuter jk

With the big reveal next Tuesday , how soon after does the car show up on the Porsche USA web-site ? Wonder if it will be one of those ''web-specials '' with few details or a full blown site with the build your own provision ?

Strangely, EVO doesn't list the GT3 RS in their Geneva Preview. Yet has cars like the AMG GT GT3 etc in there which very little has been about. Of course they have the GT4.
