Yes, you really want turbo power at high altitude (that's why airplanes use them). At the top of Pike's Peak, a regular GT3 would have only around 200hp...

Well, I guess big power (with lag) is not everything on those short switchbacks with no guardrails and 8,000 ft drops

It's definitely the place to do it but it's obviously a sensitive time with the black cloud hanging over Porsche and the GT3 stop sale.

From what I'm reading, it would appear not. The plot thickens.

I'll bet not as well. It was probably planned for Geneva a while back but pulled due to the GT3 issues. Hope I'm wrong.

Thinking about it, it the RS must have been planned for a Geneva introduction. Last year the GT3 made its debut along side the GT3 cup. This year, the RSR is shown without a corresponding RS. Chevrolet did a similar reveal with the Z06 and C7R at Detroit.

1. Buy a Spyder ? (Cant' do).
2. Buy 20 cars from the dealer ?. (havn't done that.. )
3. have a good friend at a dealer?, or keep bugging them?
