yeah, those rims I have aren’t very deep. They came on the giant gravel bike. The bike itself is not aero at all. I’ve put 28 mm tubeless conti’s on it for riding on tarmac. Bike is comfortable and has a compact chainring and a 34 cog in the back. I ride it in Colorado and it’s geared for climbing.

50/34 with 11/34 is great

I run both 52/36 and 50/34 with 11/34

Taiwan KOM I did 46/30 with 11/34

try 55mm or deeper, you be surprised how well they climb now.
below 10% grade I don't run shallow rim anymore...

Eager to read your impressions.

MT vs PDK

Congrats dude - that color just works for the RS. Probably going to be the highest street miles RS on the planet. Love it.

And while on topic of Old Stinky Cars -- Shoutout to Spyerx. It's amazing how often I get the correct answer to my looking for info as I dive deeper into learning about ye olde stuff. Most recently to valve stems for the Fuchs for the new Avons i just picked up from Mooty. Thank you.
