Anyone watching the Tour? It's humbling seeing these guys crank out 400 watts, 7w/kg and heart rates pegged at 200 for hours at a time. Of course they're probably still juiced up, but this year has been fun to watch.

Put on Continental GP5000 tires. So much nicer than the tires I had before. Fast, supple, grippy. Absolute b*tch to get installed though.

my FTP 270 only and 3.3w/kg. ha...
those guys are machines.
ppl don't understand, but I think it is the absolute hardest sport out there...
