3.59 w/kg for me and I've sort of plateaued. I'm middling at best. Some dudes are just *strong*. I'd probably need to start doing squats and interval training to get next level, but I'm too lazy.

3.59 is really good for non racer

Easter weekend photo dump. Hope everyone had a great weekend. 150 km bike ride, including a gelato stop. Lots of wildflowers blooming in Texas. Dogs in sidecars.

150km with that one little water bottle? I drink like a fish when I'm riding or else I start to feel like crap. Probably one of those small bottles every 30 miles.

I had another bottle in my jersey pocket, plus I refilled three times. Ate four Clif bars and some trail mix. I was so hydrated, I stopped to pee a few times.

Respect for the mileage you guys are putting down. I don't really have the time, so I take my 20-30 milers when I can get them.
