3.59 is really good for non racer
I don't think I can get more power, so need to lose weight
but food is so good
and I am almost Michelin * chef.

Easter weekend photo dump. Hope everyone had a great weekend. 150 km bike ride, including a gelato stop. Lots of wildflowers blooming in Texas. Dogs in sidecars.

150km with that one little water bottle? I drink like a fish when I'm riding or else I start to feel like crap. Probably one of those small bottles every 30 miles.

I had another bottle in my jersey pocket, plus I refilled three times. Ate four Clif bars and some trail mix. I was so hydrated, I stopped to pee a few times.

lol, that sounds better.

Respect for the mileage you guys are putting down. I don't really have the time, so I take my 20-30 milers when I can get them.
