Hilarious!! ... & yes I took it as a joke. Nothing wrong with a good prodding these days,... even tho many take life so seriously that they forget there is humor in everything.
To each his/her/he/she/.. their own ... I'm a winged guy stemming from the 80's 930 - 90's 964 Turbo tea trays,... but I also looove louvers & air vents,.. and for me the back end of the touring is missing a little flair in that regard. But HEY, the touring is by definition supposed to be a sleeper, so I get the design theme.
Anyway,, Thanks for the chuckle out loud. ... & I love how each generation GETS to use the phrase "last true analog" .. been hearing that one fough...eva
& lest I be accused of not posting a FS link,... (cuz I love watching the markets on our cars too),....
This one seems to be a new listing (albeit for sale with these similar miles, from formulaimports in the past),...
But it definitely catches my eye....
Is this jump in pricing for Touring's specifically or is the jump across the GT3 board including the 991.2 RS? I’ve been considering selling mine due to our business being severely impacted by this pandemic. It may be time for me to make the tough decision to sell.

Sorry to hear about your business. The big jump or spike is generally more isolated to the touring. However, the market for the GT3 and RS is strong/stable and while it is not like the touring it is good. Suppose it is all relative to what starting point you reference. If you consider in Q2 and Q3 last year the .2 RS was easily in the 190's for a good spec, even some with the WP. The low one off crazy good deal on a 3k miles LG RS w/WP sold for ~$183 at a Mercedes dealer. Since that point in time through now I haven't seen any WP RS for less than $210. Like everything depending on options, condition and mileage that will factor into the value. Good luck!

Its GT3's, RS's as well as tourings imo. Just not enough inventory for whatever reason... and lots of money lying around.
Thank you guys for the input. I'm in the fitness industry so we've been hit extremely hard!
Watch the fitness industry bounce back to new heights this year at some point. I don’t know when it will be, but people have gotten a lot fatter and unhealthy and depressed over the last year. I am a physician and really starting to see this. Society one day is going to be craving you guys.
Carrara White Metallic manual .2 GT3 with 800 miles. PCCB, buckets, FAL, leather with deviated stitching, and LED’s. $190k MSRP. Asking price is $175k OBO.
I'm pretty sure this car was for sale at Porsche N Houston in late November. I was on my way to go look at it and it sold before I showed up. Interesting that it swapped hands again so quickly.

You are correct. This one was for sale with 500 miles instead of 800 a couple months ago at Porsche North Houston for the same price, $175k. The car is now sale pending but whoever snagged this one is getting a good buy IMO.

BJ motors does that sometimes. What I'm surprised about is their asking price. They are usually well above market on their cars.
