depends. I've seen PTS yellow and highlighter greens sit for quite a while. other PTS examples like riviera, mexico, and oak go relatively quick.

Yes bighitbiker…..not sure why you deleted your post, but I’m second guessing paying off my mortgage at 3.5% if inflation is as nuts as it looks

Agreed. Also, the seller was not too helpful / friendly. I asked a question trying to get a little more info and got a “like I said in the description . . .” response. I was pretty interested in the car (great color) - and then I wasn’t. Lots of cars out there these days.

Private sale = subtract ~$10k off normal market pricing.

Dealing with private parties is an absolute NIGHTMARE from prior experience. Weirdos, tire kickers, unfunded, etc etc. Not all, but most.
