The 991 GT3/RS Cars For Sale Thread...
#1351
I called on the BJ car the same afternoon it was listed. Swapped voicemails with a very kind salesman. Saw it that night on eBay, thought to myself, "I ought to hit the buy it now and make the $500 deposit." Way too impulsive for me, so I waited and called very first thing the next morning. Someone had already done what I feared to do. . Seemed like a very good price on a very nice car. Truth be told, they could have sold it for 10k more. All day long.
I just pulled the trigger yesterday on a 2016 GT3RS. It had been on the market for about 24 hours when I jumped on it. Had about 500 miles on it, and based on the condition of the 5 years old tires that are still on it, it was driven around the block once every few months since 2016. I was torn between the manual of the BJ car, and the fact that a GT3RS meant I had no choice but to go with the PDK. Looks like I made my choice. I figured that my 930, 993TT and 997TT are all manuals, so the state-of-the-art PDK (not my first in a GT car) would be a nice way to mix it up. Glad I did...just finished the inaugural drive and I think I can put up with it.

You are correct. This one was for sale with 500 miles instead of 800 a couple months ago at Porsche North Houston for the same price, $175k. The car is now sale pending but whoever snagged this one is getting a good buy IMO.

I went and looked at the Voodoo car in person. Nice people at Fusion. Would have bought it, but it was sold. Then I saw it come back on the website a few days later. Maybe the deal fell through?

Black Touring with 4400 miles. PCCB, buckets, FAL, and leather. $168k original MSRP. Asking price is $193k. This one probably won’t last too long.
