I did a bit of digging on this car a month ago. "gascortado2018" on IG was a prior owner I found. He has a bunch of pics up, quite a few on track and one with what looks like front bumper damage at the track. Had recaro buckets swapped in, overall seems like it was tracked more than a casual day here or there. Brooklyn Auto Sales sold it after that to IG @baninder.88, not sure on what his ownership was like as his profile is private.

I ended up passing because I couldn't get in touch with gascortado to confirm any details on what the track use was like. If the PCCB were swapped for irons on track days I'd have felt a lot more comfortable, but who knows. Definitely looks like a great spec and a pretty fair price.

Lol, I ended up scrolling through the #voodooblue hashtag on IG until I came across pics of the right car. Vinwiki has lots of good info on a lot of cars as well, worth looking it up on there.

Anyone know any history or able to provide any watch outs on this Touring? Looks like the wheels were delivered satin aluminium but show here as black—otherwise is it just the miles causing it to be slow to sell?

+1…rubber dash and 2-way seats as well. Also black isn’t a popular color.

Yes, I looked at this one before buying. The seats, miles and dash did not bother me but the black is a no go in the AL/FL weather I live in.

I think it’s a great deal and if it was white, would have been a fly and buy for me.

100% agree. Black would be the only “No go” on that car for me. If someone likes/can live with black, that’s a fair price 👍

I’m a little biased but Black is exactly what I would be looking for if I was in the market. Good thing there are choices for different tastes. I still have my 1988 Carrera that I bought new. And it’s Black, original paint and beautiful! Also they are asking 42k over MSRP on a 17k mile car with very few options. I think that may have something to do with it not selling swiftly. Not to mention 5 previous owners.
