I am helping a friend sell his RS. Have posted about the car prior and will share same details again. It’s a 991.2 with the WP. It’s yellow, has 4,500 miles, excellent condition, never tracked, buckets, PCCB, FAL, etc. Here are some pics. He’s a serious seller, PM if interested and or need more details. The car is located in TN.
lol in other news a nice manual 991.2 GT3 sold for 228k, because not everyone wants to pay for someone else's 40k worth of custom tailoring.
Right… because we had a different set of buyers from another galaxy a year ago who would happily pay $40k over msrp for those unnecessary options. I love how people fit the facts the way they like to their narrative.
A PTS, manual transmission, low mile, fully ppf GT3 with CXX everywhere going $15,000 below msrp? Thats what I would “lol”…. Go ahead and burry your head in the sand.
I am actually quite enjoying this. Hope everyone who paid extra loses a ton of money and learns a lesson.
I don't have a narrative, not interesting in selling mine so really don't care.
going to go kick some more sand over my head have a good one

Actually if you add in the 5% buyers cost it was $10,000 below MSRP.
Also the 40k in special wishes is largely made up of the leather trunk, leather in the area behind the seats and leather inserts for the seats as they would have been alcantara as standard. Not really the type of options that add value to the car.

Didn't you say earlier this year, that by the summer things would be bad and prices would go down much more? Still waiting.. See post 7264 for refresh. #
the only context required here is the fact that the car previously sold on the platform near the market high. from that benchmark, it is down but not a whole lot in % terms (<10%); that's pretty much the whole story.

He talks about narrative, but is the one writing his dream narrative. My preference would be for him to ignore posting in this subforum until he’s an owner.
Then we’ll get the story of how rare these cars are, special they are and how the resale prices are going to the moon.

I’ve always said you should have to prove current or past ownership to have posting privileges in each sub-forum. Would make the content incredibly relevant/insightful and remove the toxic BS overnight.
if you have a 992 gt3, you can post there, but not in the 992 turbo section
