^^^ i'll let the pundits here interpret this.
@Readback If you like the Mexico Blue car, and plan on keeping/driving it for a while, I'd buy it. No regrets.

I assume that list includes Tourings as well, or just winged cars? I can't recall for sure but i don't think you can filter out Tourings for 991.2 cars.

you can’t filter for options however I’ve heard a few private sale tourings in the $190s low 200s with low mileages.
Public auction on pcar sold for $215 <10k mi touring with a nice spec. Purchased by CA Porsche dealer from Pcar auction. Then sold to another dealer in CA. That is now listed for $235.
Some dealers are taking large risks right now…

Exactly! It's actually a pretty simple equation. The car is worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it and what someone is willing to sell it for. If you don't care about the spec, than just buying the highest mileage stripper, is your cheapest option. But it's not worth quibbling over certain mark ups if the car is what you want and is a keeper for a good while.
Future prospects for an n/a, 6MT, Miami Blue GT3 aren't looking up. Commentary below from a west coast dealer on the 992 side. Worth remembering the other facets of a worldwide slowing economy, ongoing supply & production limitations. It's not just auto loan rates.
to address total production and overlap etc...dealers were given the 'entire calendar year of GT allocations' already. so, anything beyond this current allocation batch is definitely a 2024 but also probably built in 2024. Our store got a lot less than I'd hoped for, and in terms of GT3 production from our allocation of 2023's they made ~80-90% of them as 2022's or this year in 2022 vs what we are getting in 2023...that slack is not entirely getting taken up by the 3RS- but by the Dakar (2500 units WW), the GTS, the Turbo/S, and GT4RS (made on same line as 911).
if you have a car coming be grateful and if you don't- just do more trackdays with whatever you have in your garage right now.
