Looks like next interesting BaT GT3 data point will be in 6 days, when this Fashion Grey GT3 goes off. It sold last spring on BaT, so an excellent benchmark for market change over past 6 months. Today's results at +48k and +53k over MSRP are about as I expected.
Is the fact that it is going for sale again just a few months after it sold on BaT going to hurt it or do you guys think it is irrelevant?

I typically cast an eye of suspicion after a car has been traded hands three times.

Depends on how old. My '98 had been through a few owners. It's not a deal breaker but I would not buy a car with multiple owners, sight unseen, without a PPI at the very least.

Regarding yellow, agree it’s a great color on the RS. I have a friend who will be selling. He’s not a member and hasn’t had time to put it up for sale. He has a 2019 991.2 RS w/ WP, full leather, etc. Its basically loaded but doesn’t have the mags. Currently has 4,400 miles. PM if interested. Cheers!

I almost bought a 458 with 14 owners and 2000 miles

I am guessing it will be a relatively minor issue for this car, so I am eager to see how it does later today.

Never worried about the number of owners, look at the miles driven per owner. I had a car that had 800 miles on it 1.5 years vs sitting I sold it dude to lack of use and tried to like it. You will see cars at this price point moving through several hands, and most cases sitting in a garage or warehouse. Service records are always key, and I’ve bought cars and spoke to the owner it can tell you a lot about the car.

all in all, it’s probably going to an expensive experiment as I can’t imagine it selling much over $200k now and he’s probably in it for $245k at least.

did he ever explain why he’s selling it? He only drove the car 100 miles in 6 months. It’s a 2800 mile car so it’s probably like new but still an odd buy/sell turnaround.
