I think it really just depends on overall spec of the car and mileage. the manual GT3 and RS markets seem to be a bit independent of each other. either someone is dead set on manual or pdk. In which case you have other options for dct.
yes spec and mileage definitely matter. They have been around that price for over a month now, so if it stays steady there that's what I mean by cooling.

Car does not have the original seats as the seats have red stitching and stripes, but the stitching around the car is silver. Would be correct if the seats had the silver stitching and stripes. This car was up for auction on eBay a couple months ago and it had a buy it now price of $215k, but it only bid up to $194k and did not sell.

It’s kinda a love it or hate it color. Some people absolutely adore Mint Green and there are others who can’t stand it. I don’t hate the color, but it is very far down the list of PTS colors I would choose.
