also didn't have PLDS black headlights and was inflated with options like painted slats? Was more like a $175k car which sold for $189k ($184 BAT price + $5k buyer fee)

yeah prices aren't cooling down

manuals just command a premium over PDK. which is odd because they sold more manual .2 cars than pdk. I can only assume the prices are higher because there are plenty of other options from audi/lambo, ferrari, mclaren if you want paddles. If you want a manual supercar... you either have to go to an older used gallardo/430/r8 from 7+ years ago... or GT3.

i'd say they've definitely cooled down, or at least flattened. the RS market is definitely down from the absurd 270 range. virtually nothing is moving over 250 now.

This was in reference to all the 200k-220k+ PDK cars listed on the Autotrader.

And yes, bubble boy is free!

4,700-Mile 2019 Porsche 911 GT3 RS Weissach for sale on BaT Auctions - sold for $248,000 on July 8, 2021 (Lot #50,888) | Bring a Trailer - 4k miles chalk RS sold for $248 (+15k over msrp)

I think it really just depends on overall spec of the car and mileage. the manual GT3 and RS markets seem to be a bit independent of each other. either someone is dead set on manual or pdk. In which case you have other options for dct.

RS doesn't bring the markup premium as much as GT3 manual. I see RS going at MSRP or below in future. Basically a 992.1 GT3 PDK is a 991.2 GT3RS.

Funny. Driving instructor at PECLA once told me “friends don’t let friends buy silver”. 😂

Feel like prices on average have cooled given there's literally 5x more cars for sale in general than a couple months ago. Prices may not have cooled for ideal specs but those always lag the broader market. Maybe those will never cool, who knows, but if you were to take an average spec car now vs 2 months ago, think it would show a delta. hard to apply extremely low mileage cars vs broader market; as BAT has shown numerous times, even fairly average 'time warp' cars fetch astronomical prices.
